This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to all digital products, live seminars, recorded seminars, online courses, and any other products or services offered by Addison Chiropractic & Kinesiology PLLC, doing business as Applied Kinesiology Online (appliedkinesiologyonline.com) and Dr. J.J. Gregor DC (drjjgregor.com).

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Texas.

Binding Arbitration: Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms and Conditions or our services shall be resolved by binding arbitration rather than in court, except:

YOU AND ADDISON CHIROPRACTIC & KINESIOLOGY PLLC AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
