Refund policy:

The Cancellation and Refund Policy will be as follows to assure consistency and applies to any and all digital products, digital or live seminars, or conferences sponsored/hosted or in another way associated with Appliedkinesiologyonline.com, drjjgregor.com Dr. J. J. Gregor DC or any other associated entities.

 

All refunds must be requested in writing to the e-mail address [email protected].

 

For digital products:

  1. The student/user did not access any portion of the online course, AND the student/user requests a refund in writing via e-mail ([email protected])within thirty (30) days from the registration date (e-mail notification sent).
    1. There will be no refunds for any online courses (or curricula) once a course has been accessed in any manner or after 30 days from purchase.
  2. If the criteria in number 1 (above) are met, A full refund will be issued, less an administrative fee of 10%.
  3. All shipped course materials (books, study guides, CDs, Self-Study Kits, Videos, etc.) are returned, unopened/unused, at your own expense if you accept delivery of the package.  There are no refunds for Kindle books or e-books, and additional restocking and shipping costs will apply to returned books.

 

For live seminars or live seminar series:

  1. Full refunds, minus a 10% administrative fee, will be given only in the event of written notification of intent to withdraw from the seminar(s) 72 hours before the workshop (s) start.  This notification must be sent to: [email protected].
    1. For example, if the seminar starts Saturday at 9 AM, written notification must be received before 9 AM Wednesday preceding the workshop.
  2. For seminars that are only one weekend (not a series of multiple dates), there will be no refund for any portion after the 72-hour window has passed.
  3. For seminars that are multiple weekends, there will be no refunds given after the first weekend.
    1. Written notice must be given within 72 hours after the end of the seminar of your intent to withdraw from the workshop.
    2. If notice is received within 72 hours of the close of the first session, a refund will be considered.  If a refund is given, there will be a 10% administration fee (of the total paid) for the refund.
    3. Also, the cost of the seminar will be deducted from any potential refunds.
  4. For combination seminars (Digital and Live)
    1. To request a refund within the first 30 days, you must submit a written notification of your intent to withdraw in an e-mail to [email protected].
    2. After 30 days from purchase, no refunds for the digital portion will be given.
    3. If the live portion of the course falls within 30 days, you must give written notification of your intent to withdraw from the course 72 hours before the start of the course. 
    4. No refunds for the digital portion of the course after 30 days or 72 hours prior to the start of the 1st live session.
      1. If any refund for the live portion of the course is warranted or given, the digital portion will be subtracted from that refund amount.
    1. If notification is received within 30 days of purchase, a full refund minus a 10% administration fee will be given.  Notification must also be 72 hours prior to the start of the 1st live seminar.
    2. If notification is received after 30 days of purchase but more than 72 hours prior to the start of the live seminar, a refund of the live portion will be given minus a 10% administration fee and the cost of the digital product.
    3. If notification is not received 72 hours prior to the start of the live portion of the seminar, no refund will be given.
    1. If notification is received within 30 days of purchase, a full refund minus a 10% administration fee will be given.  Notification must also be 72 hours prior to the start of the 1st live seminar.
    2. If notification is received after 30 days of purchase and more than 72 hours prior to the start of the 1st live seminar, a refund of the live portion only will be given minus a 10% administration fee and the cost of the digital product.
    3. In a series (more than 3 days of seminars) no refunds will be given under any circumstances if written notice is not received within 72 hours of the first live session.
      1. If notice for withdrawal from the seminar is not received within 72 hours of the close of the first live session, absolutely no refund will be given for any of the purchases.
      2. If notice is received within 72 hours of the close of the first live session, a refund of the remaining live session may be given minus a 10% administration fee, minus the cost of the digital product, and minus the cost of the first live seminar.
    1. A full refund minus the 10% administration fee only will be given within the first 30 days of purchase or 72 hours prior to the first live session, whichever comes first.
    2. For the hybrid digital and live seminars that are only one weekend of live workshops, no refunds will be given unless written notification is received 72 hours prior to the start of the workshop. 
    3. For hybrid digital and live seminars that are multiple weekends of live workshops, no refunds will be given unless written notification is received 72 hours prior to the start of the workshop.
